fairly good hardware but poor software

Given the price, the quality and performance of this multi-function printer isn't bad. Scanning speed, especially that for black-and-white document, is among the best. The automatic document feeder on the top works quite reliably, rarely jams up

Great product

Buy extended warranty. Currently we have 6 of this + 50 different MFC's/printer's/faxes Brother models in my work environment.

Fast printing, long live for toner, cheaper than HP, etc ; More capabilities than other brands for a lower price

none. Everything works perfect

Pros: I like the way it looks, it's so professional-looking, very fit for the office. It's user-friendly, no need to be a genius when setting it up. The buttons and the menus are very eye-friendly. Printing quality is good, even the faxing is speedy...
