You can get through to a English speaking telephone helpdesk in England to help with any problems. I would never buy another Brother machine if you change this service. This is my second machine and you do not get this service with other popualar makes

Cannot dial direct to helpdesk! and it can take very long to get through to support centre, but staff are very knowledgeable about the products when you eventually get through.
