Great Labeler - Buy Tape Elsewhere!!!

Just Google the Tapes for a PT-80 and you'll see what I mean...

Great Labeler, full keyboard, prints at same speed as any other labeler I've ever used

Tapes are expensive, unless you search and find them elsewhere

Good Printer

Good printer for the price, fast printer, good quality, warms up quickly, windows 7 compatible

Very difficult to set the printer to be used via wifi. Softwaere provided did not allow me to complete that step successfully, a little bit noisy when it warms up

Disappointed

I've had a Brother PT-110 for over 12 years. It still works fine with the tapes mentioned in the Cons section. The PT-80 only works with the supplied sample tape and 17 months old M-921 tapes.

Cheap, works as advertised with newer tapes

Does not work with M-921 and M-721 tapes over 4 years old. Possibly older tapes in general

Great for the money

I have had label-makers before and this is the lightest/easiest to use. Great especially for the sale price I got it for

Spacing before and after printed word wastes some tape

Good

cheap i got it for 9.99 shipped.

works great for what i need. the label is peel easy as some label brands do not. lots of functions for 10 buck though i would not pay much more

takes 4 AAA, if you leave them in it drains them down

A fine Labeler

A very good labeler I received for free when I bought my HDD. Unusual combination, but it makes sense I suppose. Thanks newegg!

I've used this labeler for about a year now at work and it's really great. Easy to use, and letters are very clear

Leaves about 1/4" on each end of the tape when you print something. May not seem like a big deal, but the tape itself costs almost the price(or more if there's a sale) of this thing ; As I said, the tape is expensive

Cute, Fun Device

I will use and enjoy this product, but it's not something that I would have purchased in order to simply make label tapes. One trick pony!

It was FREE with WD RE-3 1Tb hard drives! Good for drawer and folder tab labeling. Cute black/acid green design. Very Easy To Use

Backing tape tough to peel off in order to apply label. Afraid to find out the cost of replacement labeling tape

Great for the price, but...

Remember to pick up batteries (4AAA)!

Excellent price, makes nice labels, easy to use. There are a good number of label colors available

Replacement label tapes are as expensive as the printer
