Canon Pixma iP6700D

Few printers can match the Canon Pixma iP6700D for photo speed or quality, much less both at once.

True photo-quality output. Fast photo output. Prints from computers, cameras, and memory cards. Optional Bluetooth adapter.

Poor speed for business applications. Full-page graphics tend to make plain paper curl.

Canon Pixma iP6700D

Built-in duplexing; 3.5-inch LCD; full controls on printer; built-in memory card reader; impressive photo quality; IrDA, Bluetooth (with adapter), and Pictbridge direct printing; Mac and Windows compatible.

Mediocre text quality; slow text printing.

Photographers will love the Canon Pixma iP6700D's speedy, high-quality photos, but sluggish, mediocre text output will be a turn-off for the SOHO/business crowd.

The iP6700D is a good six-ink photo printer with a nice LCD and PC-less printing options. However, iP6600D owners don't need up upgrade unless the improved paper support or Canon-to-Canon feature is on their wish list.

PC-less printing very good

Skin tones a bit bronzed, not so good for printing text
