This is my second Canon printer, it is no better then any other bottom of the line printer.

This has great color copies, but don't try and scan from the document loader. False Jams all the time. Hangs up in the middle of scanning or faxing. If you want to use it as a copier great. but don't tray to scan or fax more than 2-3 pages at a time.
