Dell 1135n

The Dell 1135n MFP prints, scans, copies, and faxes, and it includes a network connector for easy sharing.

Fast for the price. High-quality text. Prints, scans, copies, faxes. Automatic document feeder. Network connector.

No duplexer available, even as an option. Automatic installation routine does not install all features.

Dell 1135n review

I liked the all matte black exterior with the uniquely designed top that sinks down with a push of the button, decreasing the height by almost a full inch

Super compact design ; Low cost per page ; Good print quality ; Color scanning

Manual duplexing ; 2-line display with no menu map ; No front side USB port

Supplies and accessories including the 2,500 page high capacity toner cartridge can also be found on Dell.com. Dell offers a standard 1-year warranty with Next Day Business Advanced Exchange Service for the 1135n

Dell 1135n review

Dell printers can induce a feeling of déjà vu. This is largely due to the fact that Dell doesn't produce its own models, but rather gets other companies to make printers for it based on their existing designs.

Easy to set up; Compact design; Clean text output; Good graphics print quality.

More expensive than its Samsung equivalent; Not that cheap to run.

Dell's 1135n is a decent all-rounder that's suitable for busy home offices. But it's really a re-badged Samsung model, and Samsung's own SCX-4623F is cheaper to buy and run.

Basic but capable all-in-one device for office environments

Fast; impressive quality prints; easy to set up and use

Rather basic in terms of build and operation; quite expensive

The 1135n is a no-nonsense solution for those who require the flexibility of a multi-function laser printer without requiring many of the benefits that higher-range devices might offer.
