Dell Multifunction Color Printer 1355cnw review

Suitable for Mac and Windows operating systems, the Dell 1355cnw is a capable, reliable color laser printer that can output up to 30,000 pages a month and also acts as a copier and a high-resolution scanner. Its 150-sheet input tray makes it most...

The Dell 1355cnw is set up for businesses success with an economical LED engine, convenient wireless connectivity, and high-quality color prints that you won't be ashamed to pass around the boardroom.

Its sluggish print engine makes you wait, and no autoduplexer means extra babysitting.

The Dell 1355cnw's wireless connectivity and simple controls lend themselves well to a busy micro-office environment, as long as you don't mind waiting a bit for multipage documents.

Dell 1355cnw

The Dell 1355cnw color multifunction printer will appeal to small offices, as it combines print, copy, scan, and fax capabilities in an inexpensive ($420 as of March 1, 2011) package. It has wireless networking for good measure. Using an LED array to...

Nice text and photos ; Decent speed for the price

Expensive toner ; No automatic duplexing

Best suited for small, low-volume offices, this multifunction printer offers versatile connectivity, but provides limited features and uses expensive toner.

Dell 1355cnw

A neat, well-designed multi-function colour LED printer that's quiet and sleek, but hampered by horrendously expensive toner.

Dell 1355cnw review

The Dell 1355cnw has wireless networking for good measure. Using an LED array to create images rather than the more widely known laser technology, it produces good output, too. As is the case with many low-cost MFPs, unfortunately, replacement toner is...

Like other colour multifunction printers in its price range, the Dell 1355cnw presents a series of trade-offs. Its output quality is better than that of most competitors, which might make an investment in its pricey replacement toner worthwhile.

Dell - 1355cnw

Dell has recently introduced a range of page printers built around an LED print engine, made by Xerox. An LED engine is a simpler and less bulky mechanism than a laser, so using one enables Dell ...

This would be a fine, compact, colour all-in-one page printer, if it wasn't for the exorbitant price of its consumables. Nearly 20p per page is way beyond what you should be paying for an A4 colour page. It's a shame to burden good technology with this...

"Most complicated wireless setup."

Worst printer I've ever experienced. Wireless setup was very complicated. It took me 5 hrs with dell's techinicans in last 2 days to get it done.

Nice techinician. I dealed with two techinicians, one was gentlman and another one was lady. They both were very nice and patient.

Very poor programming.

"Worst Service Ever"

Don't use Dell. I would go with any other distributor before ever using Dell EVER again. This was the worst situation I have ever had to deal with as both an individual and a professional. VERY poorly handled.

There is no pros to a product that is framed in horrible service

Dell charged me twice for the same product. Once for the product itself and the second time instead of a refund. Now they are refusing to acknowledge the situation after talking to 5 different internal Dell departments.

Ok at first

The LED printing system seems to hold promise, but the printer is made of cheap plastic. If you get this printer, you really need to get the extended warranty on them. They will fail. I bought 4 of them online as Dell had a "special". I went and bought...

Annoying

This printer makes the most annoying noise in the world. I've had it for about 6 months and when it's finished printing, it makes this noise likes it's dying and won't stop until I turn it off and then turn it back on. The quality of it is okay. It...
