Service and Support

Dell A920

Very inexpensive; intuitively designed software; extremely easy to use.

Lousy output quality; slow print speeds; pricey ink consumption; requires separate fax-modem; works with only Windows 2000 and XP.

Given its poor performance on our tests and its costly ink consumption, we can't recommend the Dell A920 to any category of user.

Dell A920

The A920 is nothing fancy, but it offers the basics at a very affordable price.

The A920 is a bargain for scanning and copying--as long as you don't plan on printing many color photos.

Dell A920--they give it away for a reason...

This is not a great printer...I got it for free from Dell when I ordered my PC...it was a give-away. Now I know why they gave it away... The printer is nice because it Scans, photocopies, and prints, but it is VERY SLOW!!!..besides taking forever to ...

3-in-1 device, Dell gives it away

Slow, bulky, sometimes cock-eyed printing..cartridges from Dell only

Ink is TOO pricey and the printer goes through it QUICK

Decent looks, but it runs through ink like water through a cheap diaper! I like the gray and it's very convenient to order the printer when you're ordering your PC. Dell makes it easy by giving great discounts with it. We've had ours for less than 18 ...

Conservative, sleek, look. Convenience of ordering with your Dell purchase.

Goes through ink FAST, and replacement cartridges are PRICEY.

Back to Dell it goes

I really wanted to get an all-in-one to take up less room, but this was a totally false economy. It ran out of ink in 4 days. Less than 100 bw pages and 14 colour pages (on photo paper but all only normal quality)printed and the colour is completely ...

none

ink - ran out in 4 days, ink expensive, scanner bites, whole thing slow...

Dell A920/ Lexmark X1150

We purchased the Dell Dimension 4600 with the Printer, but because the Printer put our account over by $10, Dell canceled the Printer without notifying us. My daughters were in desperate need for a printer for school projects and we did not have time...

You spend under $100, copies are clear, colors are noticeable. Easy to operate.

Printing is slow, unit contains cheap plastic parts

Not a Bad Free Printer - Dell A920

Introduction I recently bought a Dell Dimension 4600 and along with my purchase came the free Dell A920 USB printer/scanner/copier. I was kind of excited, because this was my first “all in ...

Printer/Scanner/Copier all in one. Easy to use included software. Good quality.

Ships with no included/required USB cable, copier cannot function when PC is off.

Bulky Multidysfunction Printer

This is a no-frills feature stripped version of the Lexmark p3150. It came free with a DELL Dimension Desktop. The scanner is 600x1200 48-bit and actually very good quality, but it's slow. No slide adapter. Printouts started out nice but after ...

Nice scanner.

It was a freebie gimmick product, and functions like one. Annoyed me immensely.
