Dell Photo 926

Dell Photo 926 All-in-One Printer

Multifunction printer with built-in media card slots and USB port; has e-fax capability; produces a scannable photo index.

Disappointing print quality; photo ink actually degrades photo quality; Dell's own photo paper doesn't produce the best quality prints; sluggish task speeds.

The Dell Photo 926 is disappointing, even for a $100 multifunction printer. You can get a better printer for the same money.

Dell Photo All-In-One Printer 926 – One Printer Does It All – 017

All in all, the 926 has stylish good looks, excellent performance and high quality printing. However, there is a question mark over the printer’s software with some older computers, as I did experience a few minor bugs. I suspect it’s not a problem the...

New Zealand PC World Magazine > Dell Photo 926

All-in-one printer While it has been selling printers in other markets for some time, Dell's Photo 926 is the first Dell-branded printer to be made available to New Zealanders. It's a modest product, pitched (by nature of its price) as an easy-to-add...

Direct printing is controlled by some basic buttons and a monochrome LCD for choosing options. The flatbed scanner allows for copying, but there are no separate buttons for choosing colour or black and white copying; you need to set this via the menu....

Dell Photo 926

Dell All In Ones tend to look amazingly bland a cream box, but then this could well get access to the lounge that grey units may be banned from.

Image courtesy Dell Inc. Unlike most modern units the connection of the USB cable is almost at the beginning of the installation process. Ten minutes later it is completed and I am 606MB of hard disc space down. As soon as it prints the on screen...

Dell 926 not worth the $$$

Cheap. (get what you pay for) Lots of features. User friendly.

Terrible color print quality. Very low volume print cartridges. Its a money drainer.
