Very poor

 

I have used an Epson Printer Artisan 730 Printer for a while as I wanted a printer that would print printable CD's. However after a while giving reasonable service it suddenly came up with a fault and refused to do anything. So as I had a few spare...

Nothing, cartridges very expensive and originals not recognised by printer. Very difficult or impossible to set up.

Everything went wrong with the setup and running. Could not get it to work with Windows 7 and had to revert to an old Windows XP using a usb cable.

I can't believe that after being so disappointed with the service from Epson I purchased another Epson Printer. But convinced by the sales guy - it happens, I have just purchased and XP700 and have just spent the last four hours trying to get it to...
