Epson Expression Home XP-320 Inkjet Multifunction Printer/Copier/Scanner

I bought this for occasional home use. I use it over WiFi with two different laptops. One laptop is on the first floor and one is on the second floor and the connection for both works equally well.

No access to product info. either with the printer or online. Calls to Epson for tech help were not available. I tried to link printer to my computer both wirelessly and by cable--also no success. Totally frustrating. I returned it.
