The printer was very user friendly, easy set up. Printer quality is excellent for what I need it to do at home. The only thing I would want changed would be either a full touch screen or tactile buttons.

This Epson xp620 was extreamly easy to set up. GREAT! printing quality, and well built. I have been a EPSON user for years and this model is my favorite so far. I am even going to buy a second one for home. GREAT PRODUCT VERY HAPPY!!!!!

It would help if the trays were color coded - hard to see which one to pull out. Couldn't figure out the output tray - directions not terribly clear, perhaps you could explain that the paper comes out the front top tray - who knew?

The details of the walk through in setting the printer up could have been a little clearer, but otherwise, this seems to be a fantastic product.
