EPSON Stylus CX3810 C11C612001 Up to 18 ppm Up to 5760 x 1440 optimized dpi using RPM on various media InkJet MFC / All-In-One Color Printer

As with all inkjets, turn off the printer if you are not going to be printing anything for 24+ hrs. Also, printing a small test document once a week can help prevent nozzles clogging (and subsequent ink usage to clean them).

Works fine, windows driver package not bloated like some other manufacturers

Not the most economical on ink, but better than most cheap printers

Good printer for a family

If you don't use you printer much then I would suggest a printer that uses printer heads on the print cartridge so that you can easily through the cartridge away. But we have owned our Epson for just one or two weeks short of a year and are very happy....

I purchased my printer here as Newegg and I am very happy with it. This printer is reasonably priced and you can get inexpensive after market ink cartridges very affordable when looking on line. I purchase the cartridges at for around three dollars a...

I found no cons to this printer

Great price, drinks ink

Price, installation is simple, availability of ink cartridges from many sources at low prices.

This thing drinks ink like there's no tomorrow, unless you want to print in essentially draft mode, which looks horrible.

constantly clogged

the printer model i have is a cx4800, slightly different then this model, but they use the same ink tanks. if you need a cheap printer and arent too worried about final print quality you can use this printer without unclogging the nozzles, but that...

its cheap

the nozzles clog almost constantly. pretty much every time i need to print something i need to run the cleaning cycle AT LEAST 2 or 3 times to get a clean print. the cleaning cycle uses some ink, and after 4 or 5 cycles sometimes i use as much as a...

Great cheap all-in-one

To the person who said it is not well supported in Linux: I'm using Ubuntu 7.04 and it is 100% supported as a printer. As a scanner, it is fully supported (in fact, more options available than the Windows and Mac drivers); yes you do have to manually...

For the money, I don't think you can find better. Decent speed, decent print quality, good scan quality

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for. Only four ink colors at a time. If you are concerned about photorealism go for an Epson with six or eight color capability. It's a bit noisy at times

Very good little printer

I have purchased two of these printers for my daughters away in college.

The color and black ink cartridges could be more reasonably priced.

Arrived not working

Generic ink is available for this model

It arrived not working. Would not move to the ink install position. Epson says they will have a replacement here in a week, at no cost
