NO more HPs for me, epically frustrating

Overall, good product. It's discontinued though.

We've had this in our office for nearly 4 years now and it's been a good machine. It has a lot of features for the price but be warned, it has a servicing issue. I'm not confident that it exists on all 4100 and 4101mfp machines, but ours just lost it's...
