Service and support

HP PhotoSmart

Inexpensive; compact; portable; easy to use; includes a multitude of direct-print options.

So-so print quality; slow print speeds; must swap out ink cartridges to print in black and white.

The Photosmart 145 is a low-cost option for those in search of a portable, dedicated photo printer, but we recommend the Photosmart 245 if you can afford it.

Lightweight, easy to use and if not faulty, probably good quality printing

Costly ink and high chance this product will have faults, not worth the risk

A simple, reliable printer that delivers good quality for the price

Gets through print cartridges quite quickly and they aren't cheap
