The product is as good as expected, fast, clean and legible printout.

Small and compact size. Very Easy to set up. Functional for a small office.

After fitting a new toner cartridge, print quality deteriorates quickly for documents which have a lot of lines as they smudge and the only remedy is to change the toner cartridge again despite the fact that it still feels half full!

Simple, cheap, works well in windows.

Not compatible with a mac, and not the easiest thing to set up on my linux machine. With the massive paradigm shift from windows to other operating systems, this kind of incompatibility is not great!

Easy to Set up with Windows Vista. Simple to load toner cartridge.

The footprint of the printer is considerably larger if you wish to leave paper loaded ready to go.
