An all-round performer

HSDPA 7.2, GPS, Wi-Fi, operation speed

Dull design, scroll wheel isn’t as intuitive as it could have been, lack of extra HP software, no turn-by-turn navigation

The iPAQ 612c offers a fairly impressive list of features and bundles them to form a reasonable device. The lack of HP software is disappointing and the scroll wheel could use some work, but there is plenty to like about this handset on the whole.

HP's latest iPAQ, the 612c Business Navigator, is a solid offering with lots of features and good battery life. It's a bland-looking and giant handset, but good performance and crisp touchscreen somewhat make up for the poor keypad.

Good performance ; Nice display ; Great battery life ; Assisted GPS ; Good value for money

Awful keypad ; Grey boxy design ; No 3.5mm headphone jack

However, enterprises looking for a feature rich PDA with good battery life won't be disappointed by HP's latest iPAQ.

Love the glossy pad. Power button. features, functionality

not practical. does not give its own OS such as the HTC Touch sys. CHUNKY. boring. could buy a HTC Pro with that money. battery runs out. cannoth hear the ring tone. smart wheel not really smart. why didn't Apple sue them? want me to go on

This was a bad phone, don't buy this phone. I used it for 1 month, the smart touch was very bad. Better buy the HTC Touch cruise, than this lack, heavy, bad camera phone. And this phone take a long time to take GPS in my mapking 2007.

I had to buy an extended battery - standard battery runs down quickly. Keyboard is so bad you have to use touch screen which is inconvenient for rapid responses, one handed phone calls and sms
