you can empty the ink cartridges very fast.

When it works it does work pretty well.

The ink cartridge is way to small, and too costly for its size.

Small foot print.

Easy setup.

Not really a con but you will see the printer makes a little more noise (when scanning) then what I'm comfortable with.

Small compact unit that came ready to use right out of the box. Decent printing time and good scanning

Didn't come with a usb. Newegg has one for under 5 so its no big deal

Quick, excellnt printer for the basics, the scanner is very nice, nice enough to get great scans for Photoshop

LOUD, If I knew this thing would be waking my roomate up at 3 in the morning I probably wouldnt have gotten it. of course, he was a very light sleeper

Doesn't jam up or streak like some printers I've had. Scan program is consistent, doesn't bog down my system like some scanner programs do

Goes through ink fairly fast. Also, the print margins are a little funky. I wanted to use this printer for printing DVD covers and I've had to switch to legal size photo paper to get the margins right for the printer

Good item for family use (teenagers in high school, mom in college). Easy to use as printer, copier and scanner. Not intended for digital imaging but pics look good enough for school projects and such. Scanner is better than our old musket :)

Takes the number 21 HP black ink. Gives you about 150 pages printed before empty if used on lowest setting. Alligning everytime you change the ink is an annoyance but you can't have everything

it's good for low price for fast copy and scan documents

bad for scanning pictures even my old scaner 10x times better
