product came without necessary USB cable and installation was extremely difficult partly due to need for a password which involved recovering a password on an old hp printer

Best bits are saving huge costs rather than going to an Internet cafe anymore and spending a fortune

No cable that had to be purchased separately, speed is slow, print quality isn't the best when running a business but it'll do
