HP LaserJet 3015 all-in-one

Inexpensive sheet-fed scanners have all but disappeared from the market. That's unfortunate, because if you don't need to scan photos or pages from bulky books or magazines, a sheet-fed scanner is much more useful than a flatbed for scanning, copying,...

Excellent text output; excellent scanning, faxing, and copying capabilities; 30-sheet ADF for scanning and faxing multipage documents

Sheet-fed scanner only; graphics output is merely acceptable; photo output is seriously flawed with obvious posterization

Hewlett-Packard Laserjet 3015

Simple, effective operation

No flatbed scanner, poor scanning quality

The LaserJet 3015 is a capable entry-level multifunction laser device for a small business or demanding home. HP has cut a few corners to save cost and desk space, but this won't be an issue unless you need to scan books or magazines.

Perhaps the first in what could be a fad of mini MFDs. Overall, it doesn't quite live up to the standards of its older, fatter and more established forebears. That said, it does provide a space saving alternative for situations where desk space is more...

HP LaserJet 3015

The HP LaserJet 3015 does the trick for students and families, but small businesses can do better with a different printer.

Good For Speed & Document Feeding

Very Fast copy/scanning

We needed to have a ton of copies done (1200) at our home and needed to do it quickly...we estimated taking it to the Kxxkos would have costed over $xxx...decided to buy this because of it's Multiple page feeder and it's paper holding capacity...if you...

somewhat complicated software...(my brother laserjet is simpler)

Auto Crop Workaround

Found that selecting the "WIA-hp LaserJet 3015" option (driver) instead of HP's driver will give you a nice uncropped full sheet scan. Apparently this is a Windows Interface driver provided by Windows XP ?? Whatever.. it works and largely eliminates...
