These are built like tanks. There is almost nothing that can stop them, even users refilling paper trays improperly! Awesome!

Good printer- bad firmware

 

We have a few of these printers. They are usually very reliable but we had 2 shipped to us with bad formatter boards and bad flash memory cards. After getting this resolved the printer runs like a champ.
