Struggling to think of anything bad about this printer other than relatively high cost of original manufacturer's cartridge - however when you consider the page yield it's all relative.

Excellent machine. Compact but fully functional. Usual high build quality from HP. User interface on the touch screen display is brilliant. Best out there at the moment. So much easier and logical to use vs Epson, Brother etc Scan to Network Folder is...

If you are not IT Literate setting up some of the advanced features might mean you need to get someone in [if you don't have an IT Dept] to get it going as it can do so much and save so much time [i.e You can have a preset to save to your networks...
