Seems to be fine to me

 

Has yet to have a paper jam or software problems.Worked great from first power-up.No idea what some of the other people might be trying to do to cause their problems. As far as Newegg goes when they shipped the printer they just slapped a label on the...

Seeing as how it was on sale,I guess the price couldn't be beat.Free shipping on a printer saved me a bunch of money.Common ink cartridge is cheap and even cheaper if you want to refill it

Occasionaly will take two pages,overlapped,when printing one page resulting in the need to reprint the job.Not THAT big of a deal ; Not chocolate coated and can't make ice cream

Dead between the ears support

 

I think that, in spite of my still workind 820cSE, my wonderful Laserjet 3200 all in one, my 2100 all in one, and my 4280 all in one, and the dozens of HP products I resell every year, I am going to stop all dealings with them if their tech support is...

None. Dead on arrival. Purchased ahead of my need (Tx45 was slowly dying, figured I would purchase before it died. It died today, but this printer was also dead. Would not power up

DEAD. The support people who I spoke to had a very poor command of the english language. They got upset whenever I spoke too fast (can't help it I live in Arkansas) they accused me of using profanities

GOOD PRINTER -BAD SOFTWARE

 

If you want a basic printer, fax machine, copier, it's fine. The software is okay when it works - problem is, it doesn't. I'd not buy this again, nor can i recommend it or any other device that comes with HP SOLUTION CENTER.

Monkee See reviewer obviously does not have high tech level. Gripes about a date stamp that no one else has reported - also quality of printer itself is quite good. What was he smoking?

Clear print copies, prints fast, ink cartridge combo price runs $30 or less (look for sales here on Newegg). Ink lasts a good amount of time. Had my printer 1 year and black level is just running out. Bought mine for $39 here on Newegg

At $89 cost is a little high - wait for it to go on sale or with a rebate
