No individual print cartridges, slow print times

The HP PSC 1315 provides adequate photo-quality prints and document printouts, as well as very good scanning capabilities. It has an attractive price tag, and a PictBridge port, but lacks separate print cartridges for each colour.

The HP Photosmart 1315 sits high up in the HP range and is one of their "direct photo" printers. This means you don't necessarily have to use a computer to print with it, instead you can just use your digital camera memory card.

Reproduces colors pretty well, print speed very reasonably, comprhensive software but not easy to use or much choice for image print manipulation. But, it is easy to print a photo.

Great!!!! Silent printing! Easy loading of paper, software very easy to follow. Appearance (color)

The latest model of the PhotoSmart line from HP packs more features than any other photo printer in this price range... Unfortunately, the price range is around the $350-$450 model range.

Direct prints from various digital media, good multipurpose inkjet, various features
