Service and support

HP Photosmart D7360

Fast text prints; low-cost text and photo printing; large touch-screen LCD is very responsive and easy to navigate; individual ink tanks mean less waste; dedicated 4x6 photo tray; built-in memory card slots and PictBridge port; ability to print stills...

Slow 4x6 photo prints; limited photo-enhancement options when printing PC-free; can't sort or print photos by date or range of dates; can't print bordered photos when printing without a PC.

The HP Photosmart D7360 offers a varied selection of features, great print quality, and fast text prints, but if you need fast photo prints, look elsewhere. Otherwise, this is a decent option for amateur photo hobbyists.

HP Photosmart D7360 Printer

The HP Photosmart D7360 Printer lets you print straight from memory cards, by way of a touch screen.

Prints from memory cards, USB keys, cameras, and computers. Touch-screen controls. Separate 4- by 6-inch photo paper tray.

Low paper capacity. Poor-quality black-and-white photos.

HP Photosmart D7360 Review

Like other HP inkjets we've tested, the D7360 provides four print-quality choices: Fast Draft, Fast Normal, Normal, and Best. (A fifth uses the printer's maximum resolution -- equivalent 4,800 by 1,200 dpi tweaking of its 1,200 by 1,200 physical dpi --...

HP Photosmart D7360 printer

HP now has an inkjet system in place that is simple to use and uses excellent easy-to-use technology that makes printing less a chore and actually quite fun. The D7360 incorporates HP's latest, high capacity Vivera separate ink tanks, its new Advanced...

Design, price, easy to use, nice touchscreen interface, fast, print quality using HP media

No bordered print option in direct printing, slower output when using non-HP paper, only one memory card can be read at a time, low resolution screen, screen interface buttons obscure displayed images.

Priced at a penny under £200, the D7360 is not particularly cheap, but it provides a great user experience and provides superb output.

Consumer review (cnet.com)

"Cuts off printing partway through page."

The biggest problem is that it will not print an entire page on one sheet of paper. It will grab a sheet, print about 1-2 inches on it, feed it through to the exit tray, and then grab a second sheet and continue where it left off! It does this every...

Touchscreen is responsive.

Wastes paper and ink.

Terrible

I would never buy one of these again. I have had several different printers of the years but this would try anyone's patients.

It has never worked propertly, the paper jams every time I go to print something now it refused to print most of the page, print missing, headings missing. I will be buying a new one but not HP.
