Lexmark should release update to the firmware to address this problem. Technical support rep. say there is no firmware available for this printer.

Nice looks, quick printing, able to feed large forms.

Expensive and noisy. But these are expected for dot matrix printer. Real problem is when SNMP is enabled (default) auto tear off becomes nearly unusable. This printer will move the continuous paper to a set tear off position, then moves paper back to...
