Do not buy!

 

I should have considered the reviews more before purchasing this printer. Have only had it for a week and already been on the phone over an hour with Lexmark just trying to get a calendar printed. Still considering taking it back to Staples.

Poor Customer Support

 

I had only printed about 200 pages and the printer showed a message that the optical photoconductor was empty. Lexmark has just given me the runaround and I have wasted a huge amount of time on the phone. I think their customer support is poor.

The duplexer has know (per Lexmaek Tech Support) driver issues. It has a duplexer but no working driver for the duplexer...

The duplexer has known driver issues per Lexmark tech support. That been said, I think the duplexer has hardware issues as well.

I bought it, but regret it

 

It was hard to set up. Duplex option would print an "instruction page" on each page I tried to duplex, thus ruining my print jobs. Now, I have to call tech support again to reinstall the print driver. The manual is bad. There is no online help or Q&A...

This is NOT a duplex printer !!!

 

Despite its claim, it is NOT a duplex printer. You have to take the paper out, flip it over and put it back in the tray. Only by the most immense stretch of the imagination can i call this duplex printing. This is fraud and it's going back to staples...
