Lexmark S505 Intuition All-in-One Printer

One of the great things about the Intuition inkjet printer is that you can get great performance for less money. The lower price tag just means a fewer bells and whistles. Bonus: it comes with a three-year warranty. Features include: borderless...

Lexmark Intuition S505 multifunction printer

The Lexmark Intuition S505 is an multifunction colour inket printer with scanning and copying facilities

Good warranty, automatic duplexer, good print quality

Slow print speeds, could be cheaper, expensive consumables

The Lexmark Intuition S505 is very close to being a very good printer. But it is perhaps a little slow, and the price tag a touch too high. The duplex is also a little disappointing. Wait for the Lexmark Intuition S505 to fall close to the $199 mark...

Lexmark Intuition S505 review

Offering some great printing features, Lexmark intros the Intuition S505.

Lexmark’s Intuition S505 is almost a very good printer, but it’s a bit slow and pricey. The duplex function is also disappointing. Wait for the Intuition S505 to fall close to the £100 mark and it’ll be well worth snapping up.

Eye-catching colours; separate ink tanks; three-year warranty

No Ethernet support; slow; disappointing duplex

Lexmark’s Intuition S505 is almost a very good printer, but it’s a bit slow and pricey. The duplex function is also disappointing. Wait for the Intuition S505 to fall close to the £100 mark and it’ll be well worth snapping up.

Intuition All-in-One : Lexmark Intuition S505 wireless printer

Following the Interpret comes the Intuition as the next model in Lexmark's new home/small business series of All-in-One devices.

A 10 x 15cm colour image took 31 seconds while a full A4 colour image required 72 seconds. However there was noticeable banding with the A4 print. Using the Scan/Print photocopy option produced an A4 colour image in 37 seconds

Great Printer for the price

Very fast printing. Double sided printing is a bonus and saves paper. Wireless was easy to setup. Great value.

Love at first print

As mentioned, this thing is amazingly quite, has awesome features, is incredibly easy to use and prints beautiful images (be it prints or just color copies). My only real qualm is that the almost wireless device is hindered by the flimsy power cord. It...

Quite, wi-fi, beautiful prints, awesome features, exceptionally user friendly, and easily changed setups

Flimsy power cord, wi-fi takes a second to start, "print progress" pop-up is annoying, and it should have been created to use the cheap Lexmark ink instead of the more costly, not-so-readily available 100 series ink. But even still, the only thing...
