Lexmark P450

 

Can save to and print from internal CD-R drive. Also prints from PictBridge cameras, memory cards, and USB keys. LCD for previewing photos before printing.

Does not print from computers. Photos are tacky immediately after printing. Even after drying, they are easily hurt by water.

Lexmark P315

 

The Lexmark P315 is strictly a camera accessory, printing directly from cameras and memory cards, but not from computers.

Prints from PictBridge cameras and memory cards. LCD for previewing photos. Highly portable, with a built-in handle.

Does not print from computers. Photos are tacky immediately after printing. Even after drying, they are easily hurt by water.

The Lexmark P450 offers home users the convenience of printing from a wide variety of media sources and doesn't require a PC to use. It is let down by slow printing, slow burning and the cost of additional adapters.

Easy to use

Cannot connect to a PC, prints slowly, prints are expensive
