Lexmark X5650 All-In-One Inkjet Printer

An all-in-one printer for under £100 sounds pretty good, but how does it perform? Simon finds out.

Lexmark X5650

The X5650 is a competent multifunction unit, but it is really quite slow compared to other printers on the market for the home user.

Decent black and white prints ; High yield cartridges ; Power saving options

Colour prints are too warm ; Slow

Lexmark offers a 45-day money back guarantee on its printer range, as well as a one-year on-site exchange policy and lifetime technical support.

Lexmark X5650

Cheap to buy, cheap to run and bundled with features; print quality holds it back from greatness.

Lexmark X5650

Review of the Lexmark X5650 printer and scanner

All-round features, good scanner performance, ease of use

Poor photo colour quality, physically large, no colour LCD

At least the x5650's scanner quality is good, though the Canon MP540 can scan faster.

Lexmark - X5650

New to Lexmark's ever-expanding multi-function device (MFD) line-up, the X5650 is aimed at the home and student markets. Despite its compact design it's able to print, scan, copy and fax. The chassis is functional as opposed ...

Its print quality won't blow you away, but the Lexmark X5650 is a solid performer and houses a surprising array of features given its relative low price. A good choice for those short on space and on a tight budget.

LEXMARK X5650 20R1500 Up to 25 ppm 4800 x 1200 dpi Thermal Inkjet MFC / All-In-One Color Printer

Price was really good for this printer. Note: You can refill the inks but it must be 36A and 37A carts so you wont have any problems refilling these carts.

Its a not bad printer. Its much faster than my old Lex x5470. Prints decent pictures. Ink lasts much longer than Lex x5470

One con so far it that when it scans the noise level is high vs my old Lex X5470

Ballin!

Was marked down 50 dollars. Not sure if it still is but was a great deal if you ask me.

Plenty of features, nice print speed, low quality/high speed printing look just about as good as the photo print. Can scan directly to cameras and USB Drives. Also to SD, MS, xD, CF, and MD cards. Overall Very nice

Colors are a bit bland. The scan directly to a program feature worked once then gave an error message. No problem really just can't do scans directly from printer

Lexmark is great

This is a great printer. I am just purchasing this one to go with my new computer, but this will be my third Lexmark. I actually owned this one for about three years, but was damaged in moving. I now own the Lexmark x5075, but will be giving it to my...
