Not good

Network scanning works but it is a pain to setup. You have to create profiles on the machine for each person. Setting up and configuring the profiles is very clunky. One day the machine just lost all the profiles, it was just blank like they never...

Fast when going. Good network printer

Takes over a minute to warm up when you walk up to copy ; My unit gets hot than the belt that drives the copy scanner starts slipping making any copies off the glass useless until you turn it off for a while to cool down. You can use the document...

Most Bang for your Buck

Hopefully Xerox is leading the way on lower cost printers with more features. The industry should follow their lead

Only model in it's price range to support LDAP made this the one for our locations. Purchased two and have had no issues with normal use. Easy to setup and easy to use for our mostly nontechnical users. i could not find a better printer with more...

Toner can be a bit pricey but ship around and you will be ok. Much less than the inkjet we were using

This machine is the BEAST!

Very fast warming at start for a first page print ; Heavyduty - designed for a office use, many people may touched and they will not be able to brake anything ; Nice designed multiple purposes tray - if you recently print checks, so it's made for you

Using for my home office, and can't say anything bad for now

The Automatic Document Feeder broke on one of our 6-month old machines. Easy to create a service ticket with Xerox, hopefully on-site service is as good as phone support. From the looks of the ticket generation system they use, they seem to take my...

Easy setup, good print quality, network scans are simple and work well. All of our users can scan items across the network to their workstations with little to no tech knowledge. Computers in the network can be given friendly names so that users are...

AFAIK can't default the machines to choose "Network Scan" as the default scan option, so users have to choose "scan", then use the arrows to get to "scan to network" every time

Great Multi-Function for the $$$$

Easy to use, works right out of the box, nice multi-function for the cost. Bought 5.... so far so go

Doesn't automatically recognize the difference between Letter and Legal documents when copying all at once. Not a big deal but would be nice to have and save time

Jams jams jams

This copier is less than a year old. It takes forever to warm up, and throughout the day compared to others. It jams almost everytime you use the feeder. The only way to clear the jam is from the back, Big pain to have to try and move it around....

Not impressed

Replaced a Color Laserjet for this Xerox, thinking that it may be better. It IS faster at starting to copy - but copies are too light, their quality is really very, very poor. Wouldn't even recommend it for home!!! And, too pricey for quality, too.

Fast

Flimsy,Not Sharp

I have been a Xerox user since they began making printers. I bought the Phaser to replace a 25-y/o model, which is still working, BTW. I am totally happy with this printer. Features I love: paper tray that holds an entire ream (no feeding from back),...
