Samsung CLP-770nd review

The internal menu consists of eight different minor menus: information, layout, paper, graphic, system setup, emulation, color and network. Every aspect of the CLP-770nd can be controlled directly from the printer

Fast print speeds ; Large standard paper capacity ; Good print quality

No front side USB port ; No reduced toner

Color prints from the CLP-770nd were also good, definitely rank near the top when compared to other units I’ve reviewed in the past. You really can't beat laser printing when it comes to graphics, presentations, charts and other color documents – and...

Samsung CLP-770ND Color Laser Printer

While Samsung maybe better known for TVs, phones and appliances they have been steadily building their presence in the printing industry. Today we have the new CLP-770ND, their flagship for 2010 with an impressive 33ppm print capability.

Easy setup with 3000 page starter toner ; Low maintenance ; Excellent print quality and speed

Not multi-functional for the volume it occupies

The Samsung CLP-770ND is limited to just color printing but it does it very well. The printer easily achieves the rated speed of 33ppm on black and white documents but the larger color documents cause the printer the queue and slow down to 13-14ppm, a...

Samsung CLP-770ND Network Colour Laser Printer

Most offices have their printing setup around a central network printer. This is one printer that handles the job of all the office workers in that area. The main reason this is done is to cut down on the cost and space requirements that would be...

Amazing colour performance ; 4-line, easy to read LCD display ; Large paper handling capacity ; Ability to add more paper cassettes ; Large monthly duty cycle

For businesses looking to invest in a solid laser printer, I would suggest the Samsung CLP-770ND. Even if you aren't big on colour printing or plan on having a secondary inkjet for colour, make sure you check out the colour quality from this printer...

Samsung CLP 770ND review

Keen pricing and good availability on the high street have helped Samsung gain market share in the personal printer market, but small-business products such as the Samsung CLP 770ND have a different sales structure.

We’d be happy to use the well-built and speedy Samsung CLP 770ND network colour printer for everyday print jobs that required splashes of colour. However, we couldn’t recommend this network colour printer as a genuine alternative to a professional...

Not a great printer

This was purchased to print a variety of documents. It is VERY fussy about what paper it will accept. I use high end glossy - and it won't accept it's use. It will take only one brand of double sided laser glossy, and it still jams. It won't work well...

New Printer

on the whole not bad

Consumer review (printware.co.uk)

Print quality quickly deteriorates and issues with faulty toners

We purchased this printer in July 2009 and print around 1200 colour sheets per month. When the toners are new the print quality is very good but the quality quickly deteriorates and becomes very poor even when there is 30% left in the toner. This...
