Samsung ML-1750

With its faster-than-average speed, 15,000-pages-per-month duty cycle, Windows and Mac support, parallel and USB 2.0 ports, and one-year exchange program, the Samsung ML-1750 is a strong contender for top honors.

The informative status monitor goes an extra step toward user-friendliness, displaying a smiley face when all is well. IT types might consider this frivolous, but less-experienced users will find the feature reassuring. Its light weight, high speed,...

Samsung ML-1750 17ppm 1200x600dpi 166mhz GDI PCL 6

WHAT'S HOT: When we first unpacked the ML-1750 we were impressed by how tiny it is--only about 14 inches wide by 14 inches deep and 7 inches high. The $249 price tag also made a great impression. The on-screen documentation proved clear and thorough....

Samsung ML-1750 17PPM 1200X600DPI 166MHZ GDI PCL 6 (Samsung-ML1750XAA)

If you're looking for a bargain printer--or just one equipped with an old-fangled parallel port--the ML-1750 should fill your bill.

Samsung ML-1750 (Monochrome)

A downside to printers like the ML-1750 is that the toner cartridge costs a lot more to replace.

Samsung ML1750 Laser Printer

Laser quality at inkjet prices, Lightweight, USB2.0 / Parallel options, Ink cartridge included, Very simple to use, Paper tray

A tad noisy during use

The preferences of the printer allows for the standard portrait and landscape printing options.  Changes in the print resolution is also available as well as watermarking and overlays. The quality of the print is excellent.  All text are crisp, even...

Samsung ML-1750 Review

A quick, compact, affordable monochrome laser with exemplary slide-out-drawer and straight-through-slot paper-handling, Handy toner-save button for draft printouts

Great text but mediocre graphics quality, Print buffer and paper capacity not expandable; network adapter not available

But while they weren't nearly as handsome as color inkjet prints, at least the 8 by 10 images arrived in a hurry -- averaging 18 seconds. The Samsung also came closer than many lasers to its advertised first-page-out time (12 seconds), printing our...

Great printer

I have owned this printer for a year. Other than a paper jam here and there, it has been a solid printer. Toner runs about .02/sheet plus paper runs .028/sheet.

SAMSUNG ML-1750 Personal Up to 17 ppm Monochrome Laser Printer

Overall, this is a solid product. The printer has a small footprint and prints at a decent speed. The 12 seconds to print the first page seems a little long, but it has to warm up. The starter toner cartridge will have to be replaced with a $60-$70...

Quality Printer for the Price

Installation was painless. Print quality is great. Supports USB 1.1 & 2.0. This printer is Samsung's usual top quality product and costs a little more than some of the printers in this class, but it money well spent, the driver is great and works...
