Samsung ML-2250 Laser Printer

The Samsung ML-2250 has a distinctive, glossy white surface. From the front, its design seems extremely compact, but the paper tray bulges out on the backside, so the footprint isn't quite as small as it looks at first glance.

Unlike most small-office laser printers, which have separately replaceable toner cartridges and drum assemblies (where the drum outlasts the toner several times over), the ML-2250 has a combined cartridge. This reduces the number of consumables you...

Samsung ML-2250

For small offices, the solid laser prints and the cheap toner cartridges make the Samsung ML-2250 a steal.

Inexpensive; solid print quality and grayscale graphics; good paper handling; penny-per-page toner cost beats most competitors'.

Slower than other lasers in its class; won't serve Mac users; requires buying extras to network or double the print capacity.

Toner refills and a low ticket price, plus fine print quality, make the ML-2250 a great home-office laser printer.

Samsung ML-2250

Personal monochrome lasers aren't what they used to be, and that's good. At 10.9 by 14.4 by 17.8 inches (HWD), and weighing 22.7 pounds, the Samsung ML-2250 is certainly small and light enough to qualify as a personal printer, and you should have no...

Compact size. Excellent text quality. Good performance. Ample paper handing for a personal printer, with default 300-page capacity and a maximum of 550 pages

Although acceptable for newsletters and the like, photo quality is at the low end for inexpensive monochrome lasers

The Samsung ML-2250 is for heavy-duty personal use. It's faster than most personal monochrome lasers, text output is among the best we've seen, and the 550-page maximum capacity is more than enough for one person or even for sharing the printer in a...

Samsung ML-2250 - Mono Laser Printer

The Samsung ML-2250 looked like an absolute bargain on paper, but you can't always believe what you read.

Samsung ML-2250 review

Samsung ML-2250 One of the brightest deals on a small-office black-and-white laser printer, the Samsung ML-2250 prints fast enough for one person or a small workgroup, and it matches top-notch text with solid grayscale graphics. Bargain hunters who...

Samsung - ML-2250

It's hard to believe the prices of mono laser printers; not because they're high, but because you get a lot of printer for not a lot of money. By browsing round the Web, this Samsung ML-2250 ...

This is a well-conceived printer at an economical price. It prints well and reasonably quickly and although it has few of the bells and whistles of more expensive units, such as duplex printing, it does pretty much what it says on the box. That can't...

Long term update

After got tired from wasting money on replacing dried inks ; I got this jewel back in 2005 ; Lets just say it's still works fine and I'm still on the original toner provided with printer. Yes, over 7 years and few thousands of pages later ; If this is...

a bit loud, takes a while to warm up and takes a lot of space

Not really for Linux users

The printer is very fast and has clear printing.

I have had many issues running this with my Linux box (FC5) using the Samsun provided linux drivers.

Very Reliable

I've had the ML-1450 which this printer is somewhat based on for over 4 Years now and it still is putting out perfect pages.

Always had a problem with the single tray uptake which needs to try 2-3 times to lift a envelope or small paper but 8 x 11 is fine.
