Samsung ML-2510

Fast, cheap to run and offering flawless text quality, this is a great-value option.

Works well, and prints well, that's why I got one

Unknowns, I suppose. Never had one, but trusting the Samsung name

Perfect laser for the cost

For the price this is a great laser printer. I researched the cost of toner before purchasing and it is very affordable, and easy to find locally. As an added bonus, it works great as a network printer on my D-Link router with print share.

Cheap printer, cheap toner, easy installation, fast printing

worked like a charm!

You bought this scanner because it's so affordable; so don't expect it to be a top of the line machine. It may only last a year or two... but it will probably pay for itself with low cost printing.

It worked. It prints fast; black only. Simple

This printer is cheap and manufactured that way. The slider feeder tray feels like it was made with only a few atoms of plastic

Okay for the price

This is a good printer if you don't print a lot of stuff. If you can put up with the quirks (keep the paper dry). This is actually our second Samsung (we have the ML-2010) and I would definitely recommend this printer as a low-budget black and white...

The printer is quite inexpensive for a black and white laser printer. The toner cartrigges are not too expensive - prices vary from $28 to $32 for a replacement cartridge that is rated for 3,000 sheets. The printer prints well (it should - it's a laser!)

The printer did not ship with Mac OS X Leopard drivers. I had to go to the Samsung site to download a driver that would work (including special instructions). My Mac in combination with the drivers didn't give me the level of printing control I was...

Great no-frills printer

There are some things this printer will not do, like auto-duplexing. Get a more expensive printer if you want those features.

Inexpensive

Tray cover for primary paper tray does not attach, only is set in grooves to stay on (but I have not had issues with it)

bargain

quick start up and fast printing. bought it for $44. great bargain if u just wanna print in black. ink is cheap too if u buy online. toner ink can be stored for a long time compared to regular liquid ink

No cable. luckily i had an old cable from another device i don't use anymore. don't like it that i can't have network printing. u get wat paid for

So far so good...

I'm a writer and as such, get a lot of use out of my printer. I had an HP inkjet that finally died, and after reading the reviews on newEgg on this printer, I thought I'd give it a shot. The software seems to work pretty well with my XP machine, and it...

low cost, fast printing, easy installation of toner cartridge, high volume paper tray

lots of plastic components, lack of meaningful display on the control panel. There's a light that blinks if there's a problem, and a big orange button, and a green light that says it's on. The software you install gives you more meaningful information,...

Maybe good for home but not at work

In my install base I have about 100 ML-2250s in service and over 400 Samsung laser printers. We switched to the ML-2510 because the 2250 was discontinued and ordered about 15 of them to replace broken ML-2250s. All 15 of them have been returned back to...

prints pretty quick

Driver disk causes blue screens in windows xp. If paper tray not covered, dust will settle on paper and cause the printer not to function very quickly. Toner only 2000 pages, starter toner even smaller. Paper/toner door not very well designed

5 Eggs! (and a side of bacon)

If I needed another printer I would buy this again in a heartbeat. I hate inkjet printers. I'm glad I rarely have to use mine.

Owned for 6 MONTHS. First the price, come on, where can you find a laser printer for $55 with free shipping? You can't find many inkjets for that. Usually you get what you pay for, but in this case you get WAY MORE than you pay for. Setup was a snap....

I honestly can't think of a single negative
