Output quality is an undoubted strength, as are its looks, but most businesses will find the lack of capacity annoying.

I reordered the printer, based on the many positive reviews both here and on the Net. But this time I bought the Newegg warranty plan. The bad review is for Samsung (shame on them), not the printer or Newegg.

Good printer so far

I got online with NewEgg support to see if I should open the box or just do a claim. They said to go ahead and open it and if the printer is damaged to contact them back. Luckily inside everything was good and I was able to set everthing up easily enough.

My printer DHCP'd with no problems. Based on other reviews here I did not bother with the driver CD. I downloaded drivers directly from Samsung. The drivers searched the network, found the printer and set everything up. The printer printed perfectly so...

My box was left propped against the front door "left with woman", nobody was home so I guess the driver was seeing things. The box was damaged on the bottom and side, the bottom was only held together with a small sliver of tape that had not broken
