This printer is very slow, and is not a good fit for high volume printing. If documents are in color, they can not be written on. The printer has to be reset frequently as it just stops working.

It has had a lot of repair issues and continues to work poorly. Sometimes it faxes and sometimes it doesn't. It has not been a reliable printer for us and rather disappointing.

I really like the solid color ink printers. This is my second ColorQube printer and they are durable and fast. They require very little up keep and the ink seems to last for a very long time.
