This is honestly the worst laser printer I've ever used. It might be okay for personal users (read: people who never have to print more than a couple pages at a time and never more than one thing from the manual tray), but from a business standpoint...

It looks nice

This printer constantly picks up multiple sheets when printing. I have tried many many different paper stocks. Jams up all the time. Avoid at all costs

Good printer, but jams a lot

 

If I had to do it all over again, I'd probably end up getting an HP printer again. I loved my HP printer until it unceremoniously stopped working entirely after about a year. While this one works, it doesn't seem as good as the HP one I used to have....

The printer is fast, efficient, and prints clearly. Its also relatively small for a laser printer with a built in duplex unit. Finally, the printer is relatively quiet compared to some other laser printers I've had

I'm not sure if I have a broken unit, but this printer jams A LOT. And it is clearly jamming in one specific location in the back, as the paper always ends up at the same spot, and is creased in a way that shows it is a specific roller that is causing...

We just got a few of these. We needed them set up as network devices to be properly supported by our contract... since the VLAN our printers is on has static IP addressing it was... not fun. Had to cable up each unit via USB to give it an IP then...

TRYING AGAIN

 

I bought one of these. It worked fine for a year, which was the warranty period. Then it stopped working. I threw it out, and bought a replacement printer from another manufacturer.
