Xerox Phaser 8560MFP/D

The Xerox Phaser 8560MFP/D offers lots of features, reasonably good speed, and strong output quality.

Fast. Reasonably high quality. Prints, scans, faxes from PC. Standalone copier and fax.

Fax feature is inconveniently hidden in driver.

Xerox Phaser 8560MFP/N Solid Ink MFP

It may be expensive, but this Xerox solid ink based MFP is cheap to run and eco-friendly too.

There's a lot going for the Phaser 8560MFP-N. It produces very good colour prints, not quite up to inkjet standard when you're looking at photographic output, but better than a colour laser. Colour copies are very close to the originals they're copied...

Horrid Customer Service

I thought about shooting myself.

Worked great for a while. After a long warm up spits out paper amazingly fast

Dropped it off for service, and then they seem to have lost my machine. None of my calls to the service center were answered. When I called Xerox, they told me these service centers were independent and I had to go though them. Xerox passed me around...

Solid printer!

We're going to get more of Xerox's solid ink printers to save not only money but the environment as well. The cost per print is very low!

This printer's great. The solid ink technology is a fantasic "green" initiative and has very little waste to it - but it's recyclable! We haven't had any issues with the ink itself or it coming off of printouts. The color intensity is much better with...
