This printer is working horse. Prints fast, but you eill have to have high volume cartridge to make it last and if you refill your cartridge on your own, it will run at minimal cost of maintenance ; Aside from that it's full with options, fax, network...

Scnner's lid mounts broke off in about a year, however printing and scanning still works fine. hence -1 egg

Worked wonderfully the first year. Used daily for printing multiple page invoices, scanning documents to email for customers, as well as making copies

2 months out of warranty and the scanner no longer works properly. The scan reader moves as it should, but does not scan. Now, all I have is a over sized printer that will not scan, copy, or send a fax

It was cheap

It pulls multiple pages when printing and also when scanning. It is really slow to start. Things won't fax there that fax on first attempt with our other all in one. I can't believe its highly rated, its a complete disappointment across the board

Twain is a pro and a con here. The printing is excellent, the scanning is not so much. This is a twain support machine so there are tons of ways to connect to scanning here. Unfortunately the default software may be something a lot of office IT people...
