Be prepared to RMA this

Dealing with Newegg on this RMA string was surprisingly a nightmare also (but I can't fault the manufacturer for that so I'm giving it a rating based on only the RMA needs themselves). That said, Acer definitely seems to have a huge issue with QA...

Defective twice so far

Acer really needs to start doing quality control on their products. I have to RMA Acer products a lot but this is the first time I've ever had to RMA an item of any brand twice.
