Casio XJ-A140

It seemed to me just from setting it up that Casio thought of just about everything when they designed this projector. The XJ-A140 has a lower contrast ratio than I would have expected from a DLP, but one has to keep in mind the light emitting...

Very portable. Fits easily in a laptop bag ; Estimated 20,000 hours of lamp life ; Filter free technology so no filter to clean or replace ; Sharp image even when projecting higher than native resolutions ; Sets up easily and quickly with two rear...

Runs extremely hot while in factory settings mode ; No wireless connectivty ; Will need HDMI cable or Component to VGA cable for HD content ; No Monitor out port ; Audible noise in standard brightness mode is louder than most

One thing you can expect from the Casio XJ-A140 is very easy setup. Also it is really easy to control with its very well thought out remote. What is also nice is that there is a very slim chance you will ever run into lamp problems while on the road...

Casio XJ-A140 super slim portable projector

The Casio XJ-A140 is the brighter brother of the XJ-A130 2500 lumens instead of 2000. Casio have specialised in ultra slim projectors for quite a while now and they have pushed the boundaries yet again with the new green slim series offering...

All in all the ultra slim Casio range is well made feature packed and easy to use. The lamp life is revolutionary and though the 2.3kg weight is about 500grams more than some competitors like Epson the slim design is a sure winner.

Lightweight and easy to use

Great for presentations to a small or large group. I used it with another projector that had higher contrast ratio. Mine (1800:1) just did not look as white/dark as the other one but that is the only negative.

Easy To Setup,Easy to use,Great picture quality,Reliable Performance,Small Footprint

Neat technology but they got it wrong

Has issues with the focus. Very loud fan. Colours are not very natural. A good first try at a new technology but did not come close to out performing my older projector. I returned it.
