Epson EMP-DM1

The Epson EMP-DM1 is a manageable size and would be a reasonable purchase as a projector to bring out on special occasions but the overall picture quality and lack of a lens shift feature let it down.

No lens-shift ; Unstable aspect ratio ; Visible screen door effect ; Built-in speaker quality unimpressive

The projector is designed to be mobile. It has a handle on one side that neatly folds onto the projector's body when not required. Also, the EMP-DM1 has a sliding panel that protects the lens and manual focus dial when being transported.

If it gives disc problems try switching off (and unplugging) the unit, then switching it back on. Also, don't rest a disc in the slot, as this tends to confuse the loading mechanism, leading to these problems.

i bought this projector and all was perfect but one week ago, it said "no disc" and there been a disc... if i said eject, it eject... is everyone could say what can i do ??

I agree with Jeff. The reviews on the internet for this model are largley negative. I found most of these reviews to be over the top. The projector gives a great, clear image. Yes there are pixels visible but not to any extent that it distracts...
