Hitachi CPX1 LCD projector

 

A very light projector, with interpolated resolutions up to 1600x1200 and a wide zoom, the Hitachi CPX1 is a rebadged version of the Viewsonic PJ358.

The Hitachi CPX1 gives best results in an office or on the road when used for presentations in a darkened room. Colour and video performance mean that it's not quite as convincing as a home cinema unit. And the price is high - cheaper competitors...

Hitachi offer with the CPX1 a lightweight projecter that performs well within an office scenario.

Very light, two feet for stability, solid carry case, good interpolated resolutions up to 1600 x 1200, wide zoom, simple menu system

Unexceptional styling, no DVI input, wider than average, relatively poor video performance, expensive

The CPX1 gives best results in an office or on the road when used for presentations in a darkened room. Colour and video performance mean that it's not quite as convincing as a home cinema unit. And the price is high cheaper competitors aren't quite...
