TVs/Displays: Front Projectors: Sim 2 Domino 20

The SIM2 Domino 20 shows its fine pedigree in a number of ways, but especially with its dazzlingly rich and natural color gamut and lack of color-separation artifacts. But I'm disturbed by its combination of low light output and poor contrast ratio and...

Sim2 Nero 4 UHD

Proof that HDR and home cinema projection go together?. Sim2 Nero 4 UHD.

Beautifully designed ; Outstanding HDR on occasion ; Consistently outstanding SDR pictures ; Isn't actually expensive for such a highly specified projector

Evidence of rainbow effect ; Costs far more than most people can afford ; Struggles with the extremes of aggressively mastered HDR

It’s great to see Sim2 finally getting to grips with the latest 4K and HDR technologies – but issues make it feel more like a work in progress rather than the finished article.

3D glasses/transmitter not included ; Standard remote control is unimpressive ; It runs slightly noisily

Near perfect 3D pictures; beautifully designed; flexible setup

Unimpressive remote; a bit noisy; cost
