Had to get it replaced on first day because power supply failed. Not user friendly, too many yes/no answers to do simple things. Not logical in commands, ie the buttons you would think would work don't

it looked good and had the features that i wanted

it would not work from the moment i plugged it in. no matter what i tryed, it failed and i wasnt prepared to pay \u00a34 per minute to phone the helpline - what a rip-off

Have to unplug and reboot at least once a day sometimes twice Would not recommend this free view box

set it's up as instructed.... Faulty..... Just doesn't work. Tried it with 4 TVs just in case it was the TVs or aerial... Still dint work. Taking it back

Very good quality picture, and full recording is fine. It is inexpensive

It is so complicated to use: simply recording a programme is complicated, and requires a manual after several attempts. Same for when you need to watch the programme, then erase it, is a complicated process. Why is there not a "simple to use manual"...

Cannot eject a dvd with the remote control

Managed to install it myself with very good instructions

Small attractive design. Good clarity of image and sound

All Phillips instructions refer to the MENU key but on the remote it is labelled HOME. For someone who is not technical this is not good
