If you want an affordable, highly effective and good value Freeview+ PVR, the Humax PVR9300T has much to commend it

Works exceedingly well as both a tuner and a recorder ; easy to use ; well made and classy ; sensibly priced ; good spec

No 1080i/1080p scaling - but that's not an issue

Could not do without it.

brought this for mum-in-law,so did some research before hand to find a reliable recorder and from other peoples reviews opted for this on.easy to use and seems good value for what you get,since found out my mate also got one he also seems happy.
