Excellent

Overall, we are very happy with this set top box. We only purchased it because our built-in unit with our T.v decided to pack up so we looked for a cheap external one so as not to have to purchase a new T.V and although we did need to buy a HDMI cable...

Very clear picture. Easy to use remote control with great info feature. Cheap to buy. Small and compact.

slow to turn on/off. Sound can vary between channels

Whilst I like the quality of the picture, and the very reasonable price I found the remote control is just far too hard to use. It was returned to the place of retail and they tried a couple of identical remote controls with the same result. Sometimes...

The picture is very clear, much better than my last set top box and I like that I can record onto a hard drive.

The remote control is the worst I've ever used.

Excellent

I love this set top box. We have a lot of shows on hard drive and now we can plug them onto the box and watch them on the TV. It is so easy to navigate the USB option through the menu. The picture quality is a little better than our last set top box,...

It found all the channels as soon as we plugged it in. The remote is easy to navigate and the USB function is great.

Occasionally when I press other buttons on the remote it does the volume. I'm not sure if this is a setting I have it on but it seems to only happen when we are watching things through the USB from a hard drive.
