The V30 doesn't have everything – if you want a built-in transparency unit, for instance, you'll need to pay around £20 extra for the Perfection V300 – but the scan specifications and results are significantly ahead of those offered by most MFDs....

Sheet-fed, high speed scanners are very expensive, but not this one. Excellent for home or small office use. Scan all documents at a high rate thereby facilitating archiving of documents without storing them in your garage and become a fire hazard.

Scanner is good. But user interface of the software is not good. Especially navigating to different folders is very difficult. Only part of the tree structure is visible and every time we need to scroll once we select the different folder.

I have used these scanners in all types of environments. When it arrived, I was shocked to see it was just the wand. No stand, NO CORD? I had to order the cord from China, and it took the slow boat over.
