Thirteen months ago I purchased a 5470c scanner with ADF for the company I work for. Almost one month later error messages started popping up involving pietro. After speaking with customer service several times, it was decided the scanner needed to be...

When the scanner works, quality is decent. Most programs that come with it work well.

Product only works for two weeks at a time, tops. Then you must call customer service to get it running again. Sometimes it will only run well for 15 minutes before you can call back.
